Alexander Gruzmark was born in Lvov, Ukraine, and immigrated to the United States in 1978, where he was raised and educated. Mr. Gruzmark graduated from Loyola University in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and then completed his education at Loyola University School of Law in 1998 where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Gruzmark has been practicing law in Illinois for almost 20 years. During Law School, Mr. Gruzmark worked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office under a 711 License, and also volunteered at the Free Legal Aid Clinic at Loyola University School of Law helping the less fortunate obtain legal representation. Since Mr. Gruzmark began his practice, he has concentrated on providing solid, outstanding representation for his clients. Andrew Long lives in Naperville, Illinois, with his wife and four children. Andrew graduated with honors in 1990 from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1993, Mr. Long earned his Juris Doctorate degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He was licensed in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District in 1993. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Andrew has represented thousands of personal injury victims and tried over 200 jury trials. He has had winning verdicts in Cook, Kane, Will, DuPage and Lake Counties and successfully argued before the First District Appellate Court. Martin LaScola attended Marquette University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Philosophy before attending the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Martin is an experienced trial attorney with a broad base of experience in all aspects of criminal defense. Entering his fifteenth year of practice, he began his career as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney under former Cook County State’s Attorney Richard Devine. During nearly 5 years as an Assistant State’s Attorney, Mr. LaScola prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from simple misdemeanor offenses to serious felony crimes. After his time in the public sector, Martin entered private practice in 2004, and over his 10 + year career as a criminal defense attorney, has taken hundreds of cases to trial and pre-trial motion hearings. David S. Petrich received his JD with honors from Chicago Kent Law School and his BBA from Loyola University Chicago Cum Laude. He is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. He is a member of Beta Gama Sigma, Alpha Sigma Nu and Beta Alpha Psi Honorary Fraternal Organization. During law school, he was a recipient of the Auxiliary Association of Trial Lawyer’s of America Scholarship; a Kent Nominee 1985; Georgian Carl Buckingham Scholarship, 1984; West Publishing Corpus Juris Secundum and Hornbook Award, 1984-85; American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure I, 1985; Dean’s List, all semesters.
