David S. Petrich received his JD with honors from Chicago Kent Law School and his BBA from Loyola University Chicago Cum Laude. He is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. He is a member of Beta Gama Sigma, Alpha Sigma Nu and Beta Alpha Psi Honorary Fraternal Organization. During law school, he was a recipient of the Auxiliary Association of Trial Lawyer’s of America Scholarship; a Kent Nominee 1985; Georgian Carl Buckingham Scholarship, 1984; West Publishing Corpus Juris Secundum and Hornbook Award, 1984-85; American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure I, 1985; Dean’s List, all semesters. He has handled cases ranging from wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice. His background as a certified public accountant gives him an edge in negotiating million-dollar settlements on behalf of clients. David is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has dedicated himself to representing those who are injured as a result of other’s negligence.
